“I wanted to reach out this morning to tell you how great the floors look! We were cautiously optimistic about what the end result would be. They looked so bad for so long, we weren’t sure what to expect. They are so much better! I am personally very happy as well that you did the work on the scheduled date. It is a relief to know I can rely on you to get the job done on time, something I could not do before”
